In addition to her extensive eldercare industry experience, Veronica conducted several business-impact studies as part of her Gerontology Master's Degree education and thesis focus. "An Exploratory Study of Corporate Employees with Eldercare Challenges", was completed in 2009. An earlier study "Milwaukee Area Companies and Eldercare Benefits" was completed in 2003.
