The below services refer to the development of a customized employee eldercare needs analysis (CEENA), which is the measurement and identification tool facilitating CES recommended eldercare problem solving solutions for businesses to help reduce productivity losses.

  1. Fact finding and project communications with E.A.P. professional, corporate wellness professional, lead human resources administrator, or other company principal via telephone, e-mail or on-site, if logistically feasible.

  2. The development of a Customized Employee Eldercare Needs Analysis with Corporate Eldercare Solutions with Ph.D. review.

  3. Assistance in communicating the importance of employee participation in the Customized Employee Eldercare Needs Analysis as well as communicating an introduction prior to employee participation.

  4. The distribution of the Customized Employee Eldercare Needs Analysis by Corporate Eldercare Solutions (if logistically feasible) or by the lead company project representative via paper or internet based form.

  5. The retrieval and statistical entry of data.

  6. The analysis of the data.

  7. A review, interpretation and recommendation by Ph.D.

  8. The identification of opportunities and suggested or possible solutions.

  9. Complete corporate report with invoice itemization.

The investment range begins at $3,150, and includes specific employee eldercare needs analysis responses from 50 employees, as well as all the above stated services and steps. Additional employees rated per groups of ten, with an additional fee of only $7.00 per ten. For example, 70 employees would incur an additional charge of $14, bringing the total for 70 employees to $3,164.

A CEENA performed for less than 50 employees will be submitted in proposal form based on specific requirements.

A 5% rate reduction offered for payments made within 30 days of invoice submission.

  1. Employee eldercare education: This service is for employees via an on-site presentation (if logistically feasible). Topics range from general eldercare information to focused topics based on customized employee eldercare needs analysis (see “Process” section). General presentations begin at $249. Other forms of education include the development of an eldercare library and/or performance of eldercare work/life focused skits (quoted per service and client location).

  2. Direct confidential employee consultation via phone (or if logistically feasible and desirable, at chosen location of employee) to determine the initial eldercare management direction for an employee (with referrals, beginning at $79 per hour with rate reductions for monthly retainers). Vetted recommendations include but are not limited to:

    Professional geriatric care managers, elder-specific medical and therapy professionals, elder law attorneys and financial planners, veteran’s benefits, bonded and insured in-home non-medical and medical caregiver services, patient advocate experts, long term care insurance specialists (individual and/or for corporate benefits), all levels of residential community recommendations (important: not a simple “placement” service), technical eldercare emergency online and other monitoring systems and relocation assistance and management.

  3. Monthly Corporate Eldercare Solutions educational newsletter addressing employed caregivers and/or company productivity loss concerns, among other topics. Company client may format to fit corporate brand requirements. Investment contingent upon newsletter length and agreement duration.

  4. Special projects as identified and requested.
